A: RM often put You were out cards through the letterbox (located INSIDE the building, so they evidently had access!) despite me being in at the stated time; they don’t even bother to buzz, knock, or leave outside the door, or they don’t even put a cars despite not trying to buzz. I had a signed for parcel posted in Enfield 15th Nov that was left outside my flat – without me signing for it – on 30th Nov! I currently have a signed for parcel despatched Weds that hasn’t arrived. Our letterbox mail deliveries appear to be improving although I am expecting less mail at the moment. Before Xmas we received 2-3 a week and huge batches would arrive all at once, suggesting an accumulation and lack of delivery.

Q: Can you outline any difficulties experienced if you had to collect your own mail rather than receive it at home?
A: I was awaiting a special recorded guaranteed delivery for a xmas present and received a slip through my letter box saying they tried to deliver but as no one was at home, please could I collect from the Depot at Mandela Way.
I went to the depot every day for the next 6 days (up to xmas eve) but was repeatedly told they had lost the parcel.
Not impressed. I asked to speak to the manager but was told by the staff on the counter this was not possible. They openly admitted that they were “in a mess”!!!! No shit.

Q: Can you outline any difficulties experienced if you had to collect your own mail rather than receive it at home?
A: Worst occasion was not about late mail but about the postman ringing our bell for a delivery of a package. He then decided not to come in the apartment block and put a note in mailbox for it to be picked up at Mandela way (we “guessed” Mandela way as there was no info on note).
On two other occasions, notes were left in the mailbox for pickup whilst we were at home (no attempt at delivery).
