Neil to co-chair APPG for Ending Homelessness



Neil: “Homelessness is a massive issue locally. London Bridge and the Elephant have many rough sleepers but from the Brandon Estate in Walworth, to the Tissington in Rotherhithe, it is a visibly growing problem.

“The Government is ignoring the crisis despite homelessness doubling since 2010. It is unacceptable to force charities and churches to pick up the pieces and I welcome this opportunity to be able to lead this group which will scrutinise the causes and effects of homelessness, and put forward recommendations on how we can end the problem.”
